A few things to know.

Do I need to choose an itinerary before booking?

No. Reserve the private day, optionally tell us if there's something you wouldn't want to miss, and finalize the itinerary together with your guide on the morning of the tour.

Am I missing out by not booking a predefined itinerary?

No. The celebrated attractions and experiences found on conventional tours are also possibilities for your NICE TOURS day. Your guide helps you select what fits your interests and the available time. Particular sites, combinations, and activities depend on opening hours, weather, capacity, tickets, and practical travel distances.

What if there's something I absolutely want to see?

Mention it in the optional booking question. If it requires advance arrangements, we'll take that into account and contact you only if necessary. Requests are not guaranteed admissions or confirmed itinerary stops.

Do I need to discuss the itinerary before the day?

Generally, no. We ask for essential booking details and optional preferences. Your detailed itinerary is agreed with the guide on the morning of your tour. We'll contact you beforehand only if an important practical or reservation-related detail needs clarification.

Does the morning planning conversation count toward the 10 hours?

No. The approximately 15–30 minute conversation takes place before the daily touring allowance begins.

What if we don't know where we'd like to go?

That's perfectly fine. Your guide will help suggest possibilities and shape the day around your interests and the conditions.

Can the itinerary change during the day?

When practical, yes. Your guide can help adapt the day, subject to timing, weather, operational needs, and any reservations already made.

Is the tour private?

Yes. Every booking is exclusively for your group, with your own guide and vehicle.

Can children travel?

Yes, subject to appropriate vehicle capacity and child-safety arrangements. At booking, tell us the number of children and each child's age so appropriate seating can be planned.

Can we finish outside Ljubljana?

Yes, among the available listed destinations: Bled, Bohinj, Postojna, Piran, Otočec, Trieste (Italy), and Zagreb (Croatia). There is no additional drop-off fee. The guide's return journey to Ljubljana counts toward the 10-hour daily allowance, so an alternative drop-off reduces the time spent together. International options require final operating approval before becoming bookable.

What is included in the price?

Your private guide, suitable premium vehicle, fuel, tolls, standard parking, chilled water, and a welcome drink. Admissions, meals, optional activities, and personal purchases are separate unless stated otherwise.

What language are experiences offered in?

Currently English only.
