Reserve your private NICE TOURS experience from Ljubljana. Choose your date, tell us about your group, and—only if you wish—mention something you really wouldn't want to miss.

No detailed itinerary planning required. You'll finalize your plans with your guide when you meet on the morning of your tour.

Your private day includes:
- A professional local guide dedicated to your group, who also drives.
- A premium vehicle appropriate to your group and luggage.
- A private day of up to 10 hours, with the morning itinerary conversation (approximately 15–30 minutes) additional to that allowance.
- Fuel, standard road tolls, standard parking, chilled water, and a welcome drink.

Not included: Admissions, meals, optional paid activities, and personal purchases, unless specifically stated otherwise.

*No additional charge for listed alternative drop-offs. Your guide’s return journey to Ljubljana is included within the 10-hour daily allowance, reducing the time available together. Available locations are subject to operational confirmation. Trieste and Zagreb are listed for review and are not yet bookable.

Booking details — preview

Date and group. Tour date from shared availability; morning meet-up time (proposed 08:30 or 09:30, pending confirmation); number of adults; number of children, including infants (default 0); and each child’s age on the date of travel. Children count toward vehicle capacity. A suitable vehicle is allocated by the operator according to the group, luggage and appropriate child-safety arrangements.

Pickup and drop-off. Approved Ljubljana pickup location plus exact hotel or street address. Default drop-off: return to pickup location. Alternative drop-off: the controlled list above, subject to confirmation. No unrestricted “other” destination option.

Luggage. Yes/no, followed by luggage count and sizes when applicable, so vehicle capacity can be checked.

Practical requirements (optional). Mobility, child-seat or other practical arrangements. Please avoid unnecessarily sensitive personal information.

Anything you really don’t want to miss? (optional)

Is there a place, attraction, activity, or experience you especially wouldn’t want to miss? You don’t need to plan your itinerary beforehand. You’ll decide with your guide on the morning of the tour. Leave this blank if you’d prefer.

Before booking goes live

The final private group price, capacity, terms, cancellation policy and privacy notice remain subject to approval. Required terms/cancellation acknowledgment will be added after those policies are finalized. A separate, unchecked marketing opt-in will appear only if marketing is configured.

The supported Bókun payment flow must show the date, time, adults, children and ages, pickup and drop-off, luggage, group price, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms and duration rule before payment. The morning planning conversation is additional.

Shared availability must prevent conflicts across start times, products and direct/Viator bookings, including the guide’s return to Ljubljana. Confirmation emails must include logistics, group composition, child ages and essential contacts. These functions are not yet connected or tested. No payment or automatic confirmation is enabled here.
