An Alpine lake, a picturesque island, a clifftop castle, and celebrated mountain scenery. Lakeside time, the castle or an island visit may be possibilities; you do not need to fit everything into one visit.
A day shaped together
This is inspiration, not a fixed itinerary. You can optionally mention anything you really don’t want to miss when booking. You and your guide finalize the day’s route together when you meet that morning, combining your interests with local wisdom and practical judgment.
What fits depends on travel time, opening hours, availability, weather and any advance reservations. Particular stops and tickets are not guaranteed. If an essential reservation needs clarification, we may contact you before the day.
Practical considerations
Castle admission, boat rides and island attractions may carry separate charges and depend on availability. Mention essential walking or access requirements. Comfortable footwear, layers and weather protection are useful; suitability of individual visits must be checked.
Admissions, meals, tastings and other optional paid activities are separate unless specifically stated otherwise. Current admission prices, opening hours, travel times and accessibility details must be checked for the chosen visit.
Your private day
English-language guiding, exclusively for your group, with a dedicated guide who also drives a suitable premium vehicle. A private day of up to 10 hours; the approximately 15–30 minute morning planning conversation is additional. For alternative drop-offs, the guide’s return to Ljubljana counts toward those 10 hours, reducing time together.
